I like that AvePoint Confidence Platform enables us to manage everything through a single pane of glass, which simplifies the process. Coupled with Opus, it also makes reinstating files easy by allowing users to do it themselves rather than logging a ticket with IT, saving us time and hassle. Before, things were scattered across different tools and it was hard to manage. Now we can back up files, recover quickly if something goes wrong, and set clear rules for access and compliance. It also makes migrations and changes smoother, without losing data or wasting time. Another big benefit is cost savings — we can see where licences or storage are wasted and cut that down.
