I really like the remote feature that is built into this version of anti-virus. It allows us to use a single program for what we used to have 2 programs for. Try out a trial of Avast CloudCare and play with it. There's a lot to learn but it's a very nice product. Full of different types of protection and many different management features. Reduce management effort, improve response time, control internet access based on clients' specific needs, keep computers more-or-less virus free. Also, I really like that the product is for resellers only so I don't feel like I'm competing with a consumer-grade product. CloudCare is Business Grade only.
