Avasa is a modern community management platform that makes life easier for residents and residential association committees. Managing an apartment community involves everything from maintenance collections and expenses to complaints, communication, vendors, documents, meetings, and day-to-day operations. Avasa brings these workflows together in one simple platform, helping resident associations run more efficiently while giving residents a better, more transparent community experience. Built from first-hand experience managing residential associations, Avasa is designed around the real operational challenges faced by apartment communities—not just communication between residents. Our goal is to make managing a residential community as simple, transparent, and efficient as managing a modern business.
