Avantium is the all-in-one app for running a trades business from your phone: plumbers, electricians, HVAC installers, remodeling and construction companies with 1 to 30 people. Build quotes in minutes from your price catalog and send them with your logo. A client portal lets customers approve, sign and pay online. Job sheets record hours, materials, photos and the customer's signature on screen, with the PDF sent instantly. Invoice, collect payments and log expenses with a photo of the receipt. Track the team's hours with GPS clock-in and see every job and technician on a map. Plan the week on a scheduling board and manage remodeling projects with chapter-based estimates, subcontractors and progress certifications. Each quarter, prepare the accountant's folder in one tap. Import clients and jobs from Excel, PDF or photos of your notebook. Works on iPhone, Android and the web, and keeps working without coverage. Free plan with no credit card; paid plans from €29/month.
