**What do you like best about Avantis EAM?**

Easy to learn and intuitive. I allows users to navigate across applications and objects easily. 

**What do you dislike about Avantis EAM?**

the Mobile version is very limited. The customer service is not the best.

**Recommendations to others considering Avantis EAM:**

They need to outreach their existing customers and promote the new features of the software, they most encourage users to update and upgrade with each release

**What problems is Avantis EAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to historical records for assets. It saves time to plan jobs and order parts.
