A payroll system is basically a simple model BUT I like the versatility and the ability to customize to what I need no matter the part of the program I am in, down to menu names. When you know how it works as well as I do, I can make it do more than the average user which makes it even better for my needs and makes the experience a very positive one. Being able to build the reports I need plus being able to have them send out on a schedule. Support is great when I need it. Some of the tech is starting to fall behind some of the other big shiny providers, though for this price point it is quite robust and still I'm able to get what I need done and want most of the time f get it to a format to get there and I'm a big supporter. I love it's Canadian (Albertan) that started small to the company it is today and still have the personalized client feel. They really work hard to put out a great product and they do! Some of the tech can be a bit bumpy at times but can generally get to how to make it work based on the options we have. I'm saved from having to rely on someone else to run things and fix things when I can do it myself. I'm had fun customizing for site and giving them more access than they've ever had before.
