What do you like best about Avalara?

I like that Avalara keeps everything in one place and it's very easy to use, making everything a little bit smoother and seamless. It simplifies tasks when we're logged in and using it to remit sales taxes or to validate sales tax for our customers. The initial setup was quick and seamless, which was a huge plus. What do you like best about Avalara?

Avalara has made major improvements to the user interface and has actively made efforts to seek more and more feedback from customers & act upon said feedback. So, I do feel like Avalara is actively listening to their customers which is phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avalara?

I still think they need to do a better job of easing the access to all of the functionalities offered by Avalara - sometimes it's hard to figure out how to get to the research function, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate Avalara's quick support responses, which are super helpful whenever I need assistance. I find the economic nexus map to be very helpful too, providing valuable insights. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with our experience with Avalara. I liked what they promised but those promises weren't delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avalara?

I like the integration with our ERP NetSuite and our ecommerce platforms; it's pretty seamless. Avalara handled the complexity of our transaction workflows much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support system is abysmal at best. It takes twenty-four to forty-eight hours for a response and staying engaged with support technicians is a challenge. Our personal experience has not been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
