This could be a user-specific issue, but with Avalara, if you need to process a return for an order from a previous month, it's not straightforward to associate that return with the original month. I love how Avalara has significantly simplified the process of collecting and issuing W-9 forms. The ability to have vendors fill out their W-9s online through Avalara's platform makes the process smooth and efficient, reducing the hassle of manual input. Additionally, the electronic handling of forms is incredibly beneficial, especially when it comes to issuing 1099s, by easing the January rush and eliminating the stress associated with mailing documents and managing reporting to the IRS and the state. Avalara’s interface is user-friendly, making it convenient for regular use. I also appreciate the excellent integration with QuickBooks Online, which further streamlines my workflow. The colleagues' recommendations and my positive experience with Avalara are such that I would rate it highly and have already recommended it to others, scoring it a perfect 10 for satisfaction and recommending it.
