We were initially informed that Avalara offered a connector compatible with our version of Dynamics AX 2012, but this turned out not to be the case. The connector we received required adjustments from our IT team in order to work properly with our ERP system. The setup was pretty good, and Avalara walked us through it, really helping with the customer campaign to collect exemption certificates. **What do you dislike about Avalara?** I would say the thing that doesn't work for our company with Avalara is there's not a really good support team. Getting the intergation correct requires outside help. Customer support is diffucult to get ahold of when there is issues with your account or billing issues. It took months to get our card charged when our auto pay would not work and the system would not allow us to submit a payment.
