We are somewhat at the behest of the US federal banking industry's processing speeds and also wanted to point out that these times can vary, in some instances taking longer depending on if the payment falls just before the weekend, on or shortly before a federal banking holiday, or in some cases both. We also like to remind tenants to be sure to submit payments with our payment reminder email notifications and we show when that was submitted so this way you're not left in the dark on when the payment process starts. Never do we delay payments deliberately unless there is a verification issue or scenario where an error notification is being returned from the bank. We try to keep those times as short as possible because we know how important it is that you get paid in a timely manner.
