What problems is AvaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about AvaHR?

The job posting experience is beautiful. Very easy to use and has everything I need at my fingertips to make it a wonderful experience. I know this sounds nuts, but I find myself actually enjoying my time when posting a job. There are several convenient tools to make the process quick and painless. What do you dislike about AvaHR?

I am a process automation guru. So of course, I wish there were more open API and workflow automations. But with their integrations with Zapier I have been able to accomplish what I want done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AvaHR:

This tool is not needing a separate vendor to onboard or setup. The VIVAHR support team will help you self setup. They were very good to work with. They have a tech support chat open m-f and have been very quick to answer questions and give feedback about best practices in job posting optimization. This alone, was well worth the switch. What problems is AvaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a growing small business. Hiring is an essential part of that growth.

Usually, our department managers are left to post jobs on their own. With this tool we have been able to centralize the hiring, give each hiring manager their own login and allows for convenient team collaboration.

One important element that was our decision breaker was the interview scorecards. I am a huge fan of consistency. With the scorecards we can make sure each candidate is getting rated and compared in a similar fashion.

What do you like best about AvaHR?

The platform overall was easy to understand and use, and had plenty of features to screen and qualify applicants. There were a lot of integrations that allowed us to plug it into existing workflows. What do you dislike about AvaHR?

Lack of customization around some of the features, like their confirmation emails. We also came across a few issues where job posts weren't showing up based on location until customer support helped fix it. "Great Hiring Software for My Company"

What do you like best about AvaHR?

I absolutely loved how simple to use this software is. With zero HR staff, we were a little overwhelmed with the idea of implementing a hiring software. This was no trouble at all. Very easy to set up and get started. I think it took less than 20 min from signup to having our first job live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AvaHR?

Not anything to say 'dislike' about because it exceeded my expectations. However, a mobile app would be nice. (I was able to use from the browser on my phone.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hiring. Our number one challenge is hiring. We had placed job ads on some local spots but did not get any candidates. Someone suggested VIVAHR so we gave it a try and it worked very well. What do you like best about AvaHR?

There are several items I love about this tool. The thing I love the best is the email templates. We have built out over 20 email templates to allow communication and next step emails with each candidates journey through the hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Take advantage of the free trial. This is where we fell in love with the tool. We did reviews with 4 or 5 different tools and after using them all, this one was by far the easiest to use and we could imagine our employees using it more than the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AvaHR?

I really enjoyed the interview and candidate scorecards. Very easy for my team to quickly collaborate on candidates to see who meets the right criteria for the position. When it comes to reviewing the candidate, the layout was so clean. I did not have to click around to find anything, it was all laid out right in a perfect view. What do you dislike about AvaHR?

I would say there is room for more advanced integrations with background screening providers. There are also some limitations to niche job boards. The transportation/logistics industry has specific job boards I'd like to select. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AvaHR?

I have been super impressed with the ease of use of the software. We have a small team and not everyone is super savvy with hiring. We are able to work together, take notes, and compare candidates really easily. I like the ability to see and share with co-workers. We can move through the hiring experience at a much faster pace. When we started using VIVAHR, we were able to get started, post a job, and get candidates all in the same day. That was over a year ago and I really remember how much that impressed me with this hiring software. I didn't have to sit behind a long, drawn out sales pitch. What do you dislike about AvaHR?

I have sent in a few product recommendations and requests over the past year. One of them was email templates. They had this live within 2 weeks of me requesting it. I'm sure there were other people requesting this same change, but they were quick. My most recent request was SMS candidate messaging. I wish that was in there. I'm sure it's on the way though.
