**What do you like best about Ava?**

With the "Pro" version we have had great success in providing the deaf/hearing impaired in our congregation with the text of the messages in our services.

**What do you dislike about Ava?**

We have had very few problems using this program. The main ones we have had are related to the limitations of our internet service, not the app itself. The few times there was a problem with Ava the customer service has been very helpful in resolving the issue.

**What problems is Ava solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing access for the deaf/hearing impaired persons in our congregation.

**What do you like best about Ava?**

I love accuracy and speed of captions--esp. how I can see the names of people speaking. I can take part in conversations like I never have before – and can easily participate in meetings at work instead of acting like an observer.

**What do you dislike about Ava?**

Not much to dislike. Its cross-platform availability is super convenient--can use it virtually anywhere/any time I need it.

**What problems is Ava solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ava gives me more autonomy. Because I better understand the context of meetings, it's making me more efficient and more effective. Remote access via computer app or mobile app is a big benefit, as mentioned earlier. I have access to conversations anywhere.
