AVA by NexAIS is an AI phone receptionist built for small and medium-sized businesses in Canada and the US. She answers every call 24/7 in a natural voice, captures the caller's name, number and request, books appointments into the business calendar, and texts the owner a summary right after each call. AVA speaks English, Farsi, Mandarin, Arabic and Spanish, and responds in the language the caller starts with. She recognizes returning callers, transfers urgent calls to a human, and on higher plans connects every conversation to a built-in CRM for follow-up. Plans start at $197 CAD/month, and every new client starts with a free first week. NexAIS is based in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
