Staff was able to help us through the growing pains of building our first LMS. Not without it's challenges, with content from multiple sources, but they did a great job working with us and our providers to get things rolling.

Once content was loaded, assigning courses was a breeze.

Updated functionality (it seems on about a monthly basis) is only improving the product.

The ease of use for the learner and the administrator. Very responsive customer support. They listened to our issues and tried to address them all.

The admin not being able to change a learner's email address without having to delete the person in the system or generate a new account for the same person. I understand the philosophy behind not being able to, but if the person's name stays the same, then the email address could be changed....we sometimes have people that start as as subcontractors (and complete training) and then are hired as employees (and get a company email address). In those cases, it would be helpful to change the email address without losing credit for the courses that the person already completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easier to create lessons and assign. I could assign to people even outside my organization and with assessments, I could use this for hiring purpose as well. Auzmor Learn has all the essential features which are required, the customization feature which allows to create our own courses is really a perk, the user interface is simple and unique in it's own way, any user even with rudimentary understanding of LMS products can easily work with Auzmor Learn.
