What do you like best about Auvik?

It's provided me valuable insight into how our network topology looks and functions. I arrived to a mess of a network stack with no documentation and nearly zero institutional knowledge. Auvik was critical in getting me the info I needed rapidly to hit the ground running and make an impact to the company right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auvik?

It is almost too feature rich and complex. I had a hard time finding the data I wanted to to document through the options. This isn't a terrible problem to have, mind you, but it did take some time and youtube videos to really be able to use this effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Auvik solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most recently I needed to determine how much of our internet 'pipe' we were using on an average day; not bandwidth per se, but how much of our 500mb down/up were we drawing, on average, through the business day. Using Auvik I was able to capture that data and give a meaningful answer to that question that resulted in us taking advantage of 1gig fiber contract that was being offered at a very reduced rate from the local cable company.
