I like how Auvik makes it really easy to deploy and we've pretty much automated it at this point. I appreciate that the initial deployment is straightforward, allowing us to get the base information easily. Even though configuring for the diverse network devices needs a bit of effort, mapping things correctly makes diagnosing future problems much easier. It's helpful that we can plug in credentials and map everything accurately to the right names and locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The actual graphic user interface could use some work. It can get really wonky and trying to navigate through the portal and find where you're trying to go can be a little weird sometimes. That could definitely use a refresh. Once you get used to it, you're used to it, and it's what it is. But, yeah, it's definitely not the most intuitive on trying to find specific details sometimes.
