I really appreciate Autotask for its user-friendly interface and the structured view it offers, making it easy to navigate through its options. This makes the tool incredibly valuable for storing every kind of information, which is essential for efficient ticket management. I find it easy to search for tickets for follow-ups with customers and to check previous tickets, as it allows me quick access to information about what work has been completed in the past. The initial setup of Autotask was easy to learn and navigate, which significantly reduced the time needed to get accustomed to using it.
