This really is a brilliant time-saving tool. It's very clever, and the range of answer types, criteria and scenarios it handles is impressive, as well as highly configurable, by RFP.

The initial setup was very easy, and using the platform is straight-forward. The more you use it, the better it gets, as the AI learns from prior responses, and you can choose which past RFP's it bases its knowledge on. Assigning answers for review by colleagues is a great feature too.

There isn't really a downside to the platform. Sometimes answers can be a little repetitive, however that is probably more down to the nature of the questions and criteria. The AI features ACTUALLY save my time. We've piloted other RFP tools and loaded previous RFPs and all our product documentation and the tools would hallucinate constantly. I spent more time fixing the answers than it would take to write them myself.

I like that the system shows you the exact documentation it used to get the answer. It also replaces customer names from other RFPs and puts in the current RFP customer's name. I cannot recommend this tool enough for PreSales. I absolutely love it - we have integrated it into slack for other members of the company to ask questions instead of the presales team. AutoRFP solves the "blank page" problem. It's much easier to edit an existing answer than write it from scratch, especially when I SWEAR I answered the same question two weeks ago in the last RFP but can't quite remember what I said or where to find it. The auto-generated answers are as good as I could expect from AI trained on our previous RFPs.

AutoRFP is distinguished from legacy solutions that make you managed the Q&A pairs directly. Instead, AutoRFP uses context clues like recency to understand how well a previous answer applies to a new question, removing the overhead of intensive library management. For a small company such as ourselves, AutoRFP only takes work off our plates, doesn't add any.

We were also excited to realize that the same Q&A pairs driving RFPs can also support other less formal channels like customer support and partnerships. Instead of answering each incoming question from scratch, our internal teams can forward those questions to AutoRFP, tweak the result, and be out the door in record time.

Some of the UI is a little janky, and the import process can be slightly confusing for the most complex RFPs. But the UI issues have never blocked us, and any import challenges are at worst a small one-time tax that quickly falls to the wayside once the project is ready and we're working in it. AutoRFP has assisted our commercial operations in many ways:

- Team members are able to complete complex security questionnaires much faster (between 5x and 10x faster depending on the person's existing knowledge and experience)

- The overall quality of questionnaire responses has improved as everyone has access to the same AI Model which has been custom-trained on our specific business documentation

- Admins can update the business documentation/content in the AI Model when needed, e.g. as certification dates change

AutoRFP uses our historical data and content library to produce intelligent, contextually relevant answers, drastically cutting down the time it takes to complete an initial draft. It has enables me to focus more on refining and personalising responses rather than starting from scratch. AutoRFP.ai makes responding to RFPs much faster and easier. It reduces the time spent on manual work by pulling in relevant past responses and structuring them in a clear format. The setup and integration process requires significantly less effort compared to competitors, and once it's configured with past RFPs and the right company and product content, it streamlines the response workflow significantly. It's extremely useful for empowering the sales team to generate initial answers to RFPs or security questionnaires themselves, while the presales team can then focus on reviewing and ensuring the AI-generated responses are accurate. The Q&A box which allows me to answer online portal questionnaires, or respond to emails which have a handful of questions on them, without having to set up a whole project. The ease of adding in new content and mapping it. our AM Tom has been very supportive and responsive and kindly did 2 x demos with different sets of my colleagues from around the business. Although the site is working fine I am finding the plug-in ever so slightly temperamental. Sometimes the Q&A feature, from the plug in, is not working - but this is no big issue as the website version of it always works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software is well thought out and is intuitive for the user to navigate. It's close to a miracle when you process your document and the fields get populated so quickly. The only thing that slightly bothers me is that it gives repetitive answers to different questions. We are only a couple of months/projects in and we have been assured that as we input more answers and AI learns our needs, the answers will become more nuanced. AutoRFP.ai has been fabulous to work with. Even on just one RFP process I saved myself over 6+ hours of manual worktime. I can see this software being worth every penny as I complete more RFP's in my future. We are working so much more efficiently as a team since implementing AutoRFP. As a busy bids team we're in it all day, every day.

We love the way it digests any documents we throw at it and lists all the questions in a clean and user friendly format, making it easy to collaborate with team members on the answers. It quickly learns what sort of answers you want for the questions and it makes it so much easier to put our hands on the content we want. The AI is great for improving and shortening answers for bids where there is a character or word count. This used to take me so much time before.

The user interface is really easy to get on with straight out the box so its been a breeze with getting it implemented and bringing more team members on board. It's given us one place to manage all our content as well and we love the fact it prioritises our library content first followed by most recent bids, giving us the confidence that we're using answers that are correct. As our product is changing continuously to keep up with industry changes / market and customer demands, this is essential.

Also, as we're working on bids from many global regions, and have more than one product, the ability to tag/label content has been invaluable to make sure the correct content is coming up in the answers. The translation feature has been great as well for bids that need to go out in different languages.

At the end of the bid the export function is great as it will spit it out in the format we request, including in the customer's original format. This has been a Godsend for complex Excel sheets which are always the trickiest to fill out!

The integrations AutoRFP has are another major reason that we chose it; as a tech company ourselves, having integrations with tools we use everyday like Google Drive, Slack and Salesforce has been so helpful.

We love the fact that AutoRFP are amazingly responsive to feedback, implementing changes we've requested so quickly once they've been approved. There are some gaps with AutoRFP compared with other tools, but not many, and they are continuously improving the product to bring in new features. For example, recently they introduced an analysis to help with bid/no-bid decisions as this was a feature they were missing.
