Technical documentation is available for all vehicles. Ordering and purchasing of auto parts from various suppliers, including local ones.

Some minor features are very difficult to use. I made requests for adding features, but not all of them were implemented.

Find the vehicle by VIN and license plate decoding. Ability to quickly search for maintenances and labor estimates for the selected vehicle. Integration with Google Ads and Yelp. Helpful customer support team.

To much limited functionality of multilocation.

Mostly it is management of work in my auto repair shop. Also search for technical documentation for vehicles under repair.

Overall, I had a very good impression of this application, so I still use it and plan to continue to do so. Appointments and repair orders management, financial reports for the selected time periods, invoices sync with QuickBooks.

Some features seem quite complicated to me, and there are no instructions for them or they are not entirely clear.

The repair order page is very informative in structure. I like the wide choice of invoice templates. It is also good that my clients can approve/reject the repair.

There are some performance issues. Also, there is no ability to change the repair order back to quote.

It has little impact on profits, but it reduces the costs of running my business.

I like the Technical Information that includes even specific data like fluids conditions and quantity, tires/wheels types and sizes for most of vehicles. I also like that application allows my clients to approve/reject items on repair order on their side.

There is no way to make/print an invoice for just sale of parts to my clients without a repair order.

It has VIN and license plate scanners, so I can just take a photo, and it provides me with the detailed vehicle information I need. I also like the Communication Center which provides different types of messages for sending to my customers.

The application sometimes slows down. Also, the application doesn't have Parts Tech part supplier.

I can search for cars by license plate or VIN, and the system automatically fills in the detailed data about the vehicle. Also, there is technical documentation for almost all cars, so I do not need to go to other resources for such information.

Custom reports do not cover all the data that could theoretically be reported on.

Repair Workflow greatly shows the status of my repairs in a real time. On the Timeline under each repair I can make corrections to the repair process dates/times if I forgot to do it on time.

Last Friday VIN scan returned me an incorrect car, but generally it is rarely issue.

The app is generally user-friendly, and I'd especially like the Quotes & Repair Orders feature. It has bug report for the developers, and they quickly resolve issues (they've helped me a few times).

The CARFAX integration sometimes glitches. The app takes a long time to respond when searching for details through AAP.

Possibility of creating appointments, including scheduling by my clients themselves through the shop website. Wide range of part suppliers via Epicor and Nexpart. Responsive support team, which always helped me when I had problems or difficulties with the application.

There is no option to directly disable individual features with a reduction of the subscription price.

Convenient user interface, all necessary account settings are present. Employee management and permissions settings for them are well implemented. And financial reports are probably one of the most useful features.

There were some difficulties when I started using the application. There were not enough guides, and the videos on the YouTube-channel are often old and irrelevant today.

The application is easy to use. It supports sync of finished repairs with CARFAX and provides invoices sync into Quickbooks Online. It is possible to purchase parts via NAPA or Nexpart.

Custom reports are not configurable enough. There is no another way how to open all invoices at once in one click.

When I first started using this app, it was fairly simple and has not a lot of features. But over the years, the application was filled with a lot of useful features, some of which I can't find in other auto repair applications.

During all this time, I once encountered a quite serious bug, but support team helped me and developers fixed this bug fairly quickly.

It has quite accurate Financial Reports, so I do not need an employee, who will prepare it. All is generated automatically and easy to use.

I really liked the updated time tracker and statistics of employees' work. I also like the financial reports on the work done. My employees speak very highly of the technical information for vehicles.

Appointments scheduling form on the shop website does not allow clients to request an appointment for an exact worker.

Low cost of the application. Possibility to choose the appropriate subscription plan. The application has many management features, such as financial reports, technician's timeline tracking, etc.

I don't see any problems with the application except of one: customer support is not always available, especially on weekends.

Quick search for cars by VIN code or License plate. Repair timeline, which shows status of repairs in online mode. Technical information chapter, which has different technical parameters of selected vehicle.

Some auto parts suppliers are not present. Company Email could be used only for chatting through the repair orders chats.

I went through a large number of different auto repair applications. The AutoRepair Cloud turned out to be the most optimal: inexpensive, but at the same time quite functional.

Of course, it has some disadvantages (ex., some cosmetic issues or a slight freeze), but they are not critical.

The domain page of shop, although poorly configurable, but looks very attractive to my customers. The quote/repair order page is also good: I can customize it to suit my needs.

The parts order and inventory pages are quite complex to understand and there are not enough instructions for them.

I would like to point out the following good features: inventory and auto parts, labor estimates and maintenances, search for vehicles by VIN or license plate number.

Here you will find everything necessary to ensure the mechanic's full-fledged work: estimated time for performing procedures, repair manuals for certain parts of the car, a very convenient repair order page.

Communication Center is well implemented. On Repair Order everything is logical and clear. I also like the configurability of invoices after repair.

Not enough information on the Repair Workflow Tracking. I don’t like that Quotes can’t be set as permanent.

Although the application has standard languages, it is possible to customize individual labels. The same applies to invoices for clients, it is possible to set the exact language for each individual client.

I would like integration of customers chats with a large number of messengers, ex. Viber and Facebook Messenger.

It helps me in creating reports about purchased parts from suppliers and reports about performed auto repair job.

An informative dashboard where I can see the current status of my auto repair shop at the moment. The features divided into sections quite logically, which makes the application easy to use.

Quite poor functionality in the offline mode. Internet connection is required for complete work of all features.

Integration with NAPA (search, order and purchase of parts). Detailed Part Order page, which provides to input all the necessary information.

Sometimes there are glitches in the application. The process of parts searching may take a bit long time.

It helps me purchasing the parts from my part supplier through this application without using any other sources.

Good functionality of the customers, vehicles and repair orders list. Multilocation provides me access to list of customers, vehicles and repairs one our shop to another shop in different locations.

Multilocation is a good feature, but could be more functional (for example, provide financial reports).

Parts Tech is not available in this application. I asked developers to add it, but it still not there.

I found the CRM & Marketing feature is very useful, in particular the integration with Google Business and the ability to upload reviews on my business from other resources.

The Сustom Reports feature seems incomplete to me: some important data fields cannot be added.

Marketing, auto repairs management, search for repair manuals, etc. All these things are in one place and included in not very expensive subscription.

I like the detailed list of customers and their vehicles, the ability to automatically add vehicle data by search with License plate. Inventory and Part Order features look useful too.

The are no such features like revert Repair Order to Quote and the ability to restore Quote from Recovery, as it could be done with Repair Order.

Clear structure of the repair order, division of repair items into different types (labors, parts, inspections, etc.), which greatly simplifies working with it. I also like the financial reports, where I can see what repair orders were done by the selected time period, their cost and payment method.

It seems that customer support does not cover the entire time period. I contacted them a few times on weekends, but answer was received only on Monday.

Calculator tool features that are beneficial for canned job include labor and parts calculation capabilities. The customer payment system is highly adaptable.

Over time, the application starts to work slower and I need to make a hard reset of cache to return good performance.

The application is clean, everything seems fine. It is good feature of automatically adding vehicle info by scanning QR-code of vehicle's VIN.

As it is completely cloud based application, it becomes slow sometimes when Internet is not fine.

Wide range of different small, but very useful features, like sync with Google, integration with Salesforce, etc. The most important for me is quick search of vehicle info by VIN or license plate and technical documentation for cars (first of all - labor times).

As for me, Financial Reports provides not enough information. Also, parts search via AutoZone doesn't work.

I don't spend my money and time for paper management. Everything is in the application.

Repair order form: I can select different work types, attach parts from different suppliers. Technical information: the most important for me are repair manuals, technical service bulletins, labor estimates and maintenances.

There are some difficulties with setting up invoices' synchronization using Xero. Some small UI mistakes.
