Prior to going on FAVR, we had a mix of Car Allowances and company vehicles we managed. Now we have ~60+ drivers with ARC and have a very well oiled machine when it comes to Auto Reimbursements for our employees.

There was plenty of communication and training during the onboarding process and the implementation of moving drivers to FAVR was all but perfect.

Each year the process of updating the "baseline" vehicle and model year is a bit of a task that is fairly dependent on ARC running different scenarios. Being able to automate this or turn it into a self-service could help streamline the process. This is a very minor issue as I can't think of anything else I dislike.
