I wouldn't say I like that large deployments with lots of page templates, flow diagrams, translations, labels, etc., take so long to finish; sometimes, an entire day can go by before the deployment is done. It is very intuitive, and easy to configure CICD, There are multiple ways we can deploy components like org to org, using the previous label, package.xml, metadata zip etc.

there are many features available which are on just a few clicks- Version controlling (VC), Dataloader / Dataloader Pro (for Data seeding from one org to another). Environment provisioning is very helpful in turning on / off the validations, we can create templates for that.
