**What do you like best about Autopoint?**

AutoPoint is easily operationalized. Handling the process of uploading documents and working in the platform was not difficult, I did it without actually noticing, even though my skills in technology are not of the upper level. The converted feature by multiple format is also a plus for me because it enables me to save time which I would use many tools.

**What do you dislike about Autopoint?**

The process of gathering data is sometimes not transparently notified. I have experienced scenarios when I opened the final document and it had different formatting issues and/or unpredictable transformations from the original document. Due to this, it is inevitable to go through the process of checking the converted document properly, with being totally dependent on it.

**What problems is Autopoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By means of AutoPoint, I keep my papers organized and ready for various purposes, especially in case I need to turn them in order. .vs. i lose time key-punching for conversions and enjoy variety of file formats support. Therefore, the step to check the mailings I am converting carefully is critical for me.
