As someone who was new with email marketing it was really easy to set up my first automation. Everything is straightforward and based on how the user interacts with the emails I can easily set up segments of customers. A/B spilt testing is also very easy to set up, which is very important in my role. I also like how it tracks and records customer interactions with the site. The HTML builder is not as good as other email platforms. I've found myself making HTML templates on other platforms then uploading them into Autopilot. The reporting could be improved, especially when I try to compare results from spilt tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ortto has several great features; for example, it integrates with customer relationship management systems, enables email marketing, and helps generate and qualify sales leads through lead scoring and ROI reporting. Our sales staff benefits greatly from lead tracking and segmentation, as it allows them to send more relevant and targeted messages. I really like the ability to track interaction on channels that are difficult to qualify with personalized remarketing. One of the most useful features is the ability to monitor campaigns in real time; this allows us to make quick adjustments to our tactics, which in turn increases the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts. Maybe the only improvement could be to add a function to be able to include someone in the CC for links to send an email. (So in an email campaign, there is a button that direct the custoemr to write an email, now it is possible to add someone as a recipient, but not in CC). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is very clean and intuitive, which makes the process of campaign building very easy and natural - a real benefit in our already busy days.

There are a couple of glitches here and there, but nothing serious.
We find that when we are testing emails some of the publishing looks 'a bit off' compared to the finished product, making it harder to feel sure about the final appearance. In saying this, some of this could be due to various email clients like Outlook365.
While the personal tech support is fantastic and better than most SaaS products we use, the self-serve articles aren't always as detailed or helpful. I've found myself a bit frustrated that I can't look up an answer and instead need to start a chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been in web development and support roles for over 20 years. I’ve used thousands of SaaS products and services. I’m delighted with the level of pre-sale and after-sale support at Ortto.
Ortto staff patiently and intelligently answered many many pre-sale questions over a long period.
And the support after we jumped on board has been exceptional from everyone I’ve dealt with at Ortto who have gone above and beyond - actually taking the time to read my questions and understand what I’m asking, anticipate needs, follow-up, be pro-active and offer great advice.
They are also encourage feedback and feature requests and are open about the product roadmap.

Ortto is extremely easy to use and has just about all of the functionality we could ask for. When there's something they dont have, we can use their feature request portal to ask for a new feature. They release a bunch of new functionality all the time, and take user feedback into account.

There isn't much to not like about Ortto. A few limitations with reporting and actions that can be taken using people vs orgnanizations, but it seems like these will likely be added in the future based on how receptive they are to user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Orrto's customer service team is nothing short of exceptional. They immediately (and frequently) solve any issue I come up against using this platform with pateince and great information and sometimes even videos. Orrto is fantasic in what it allows you to do, but it is not very intuitive to the lay person who is used to more simple applications like Mailchimp. I was having problems with an email builder and had to switch on the last minute to the ortto e-mail builder. I was able to understand how it works in a few hours and setup a full campaign with workflows. The team is supportive and they answer fast when you need help. Great investment.
