The platform does not include native SMS dispatch functionality, meaning emergency roadside breakdown alerts and sudden cross-border transit rule changes have to be relayed via an independent third-party texting service. Ready-made pre-built email templates tailored to haulage compliance and fleet servicing are almost non-existent, requiring us to draft each alert template completely from scratch. The drag-and-drop email editor stands out tremendously, allowing me to embed high-resolution design renderings, custom brand graphics, and layered portfolio galleries without needing to write HTML. Its AI subject line tester and automatic non-opener resend function are game-changers for boosting campaign open rates. The visual automation workflow builder is incredibly intuitive, allowing me to create custom client nurture journeys with ease. Automizy's granular tagging and segmentation tools are excellent for delivering hyper-targeted messaging. I also appreciate the accessible, clutter-free interface with a gentle learning curve, which enables me to set up, test, and launch full segmented campaigns independently. I regularly embed high-resolution packaging mockups, brand logo renderings, and full portfolio galleries into newsletters, but Automizy enforces low individual file size caps for images. Many of our detailed design visuals get compressed automatically after uploading, resulting in blurry previews for clients. There is no integrated cloud asset link feature, so I cannot pull graphics directly from our external file storage; I have to resize, compress, and reupload every design asset locally each time I build a new template. It also lacks bulk image upload functionality, forcing me to insert visuals one by one for lengthy portfolio newsletters. Second, its template bulk management tools are extremely limited. We maintain a large library of branded layouts for welcome sequences, quarterly trend briefings, and project draft alerts. If our studio updates brand elements like header logos, color banners, or footer disclaimers, there is no global bulk edit function to apply changes across all saved templates at once. I must open and modify every single template individually, which eats up hours of repetitive work whenever we refresh our brand visual guidelines.
