With Automation Pro, we deliver one practical complete solution for manufacturing companies. We see ourselves as an intermediary between your company and the digital world. Updates. Software. Interfaces. Licenses. Didn't you want to manufacture components? One more thing has to be done - Industry 4.0. Our favorite word. You shouldn't even notice that you are working with software. Software should be as precise and reliable as your production machines. After all, it's about manufacturing precision components. It is difficult for outsiders to understand how complex the rough everyday life of manufacturing is with its many necessary details. If you are not too careful, you can make a little mistake. In addition to the manufacturing challenges, there are others that are significantly less fun: price war, a mountain on find inquiries, late deliveries or good employees. The digital champions take the lead in the long term just like in other industries e.g. Trade or printing; other companies shut down. It is positive that with higher automation, there is hardly any competition with low-wage countries. In the area of small batch sizes, the autonomous production sets new standards: 50% more productivity, hardly any queries. Loops in the process and assistance systems provide support, especially when it comes to difficult issues in production. We ourselves believed that it made no sense to type the text from e-mails and that it had to be possible to automatically calculate, plan and derive NC programs. Solving such tasks is not easy. But it's not about the question of feasibility. It's about getting started.
