"Improves processes with AI, but requires serious configuration"
5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I like the use of AI functions in Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation and their gradual learning, which removes the main limitation of traditional RPA, especially its fragility. It learns from mistakes and takes them into account next time, making solutions more resilient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Sometimes I notice that Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation gives slightly different answers to the same task, and the cost is somewhat higher compared to regular solutions. Also, if the input is unstructured, the program might invent data. The setup is not the easiest either; it requires serious work, such as setting up the infrastructure and coordinating all issues with IT security. It happens that non-standard data and the fragility of SAP can disrupt the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intelligent and autonomous automation with Process Reasoning Engine"
4/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

What I like the most is how it transforms the automation from a rigid system of tasks to a truly intelligent and autonomous ecosystem; instead of having to program every click and worry about the flow breaking with the slightest change, the Process Reasoning Engine allows the AI to understand the final goal, make logical decisions in real-time, and solve complex problems on its own, finally freeing us from constant exception management and allowing us to automate much more strategic business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Although the technology is incredibly promising, what convinces me the least is the learning curve and the complexity of governance it introduces. Moving from a model based on fixed rules (RPA) to one based on the autonomous reasoning of AI makes it much more difficult to predict and audit exactly every action the agent takes. This demands an extremely strict human-in-the-loop supervision control and a greater effort in change management, as ensuring that the AI does not make erroneous business decisions or hallucinate in critical processes requires a level of design and monitoring that erases the simplicity of traditional automations. "Autonomous AI Agents with Enterprise-Grade Governance and Scalability"
4/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation stands out because its Process Reasoning Engine (PRE) enables intelligent, autonomous decision-making. Being able to deploy AI agents that can plan, execute, and self-heal without constant manual direction feels like a meaningful step beyond traditional RPA. Its enterprise-grade governance capabilities—such as built-in auditability and data masking—also make it a strong fit for regulated environments. On the build side, the low-code AI Agent Studio helps teams create more advanced automation without needing extensive coding knowledge. For large-scale IT deployments, the Mozart Orchestrator’s unified composition and deployment within your VPC provide the control and scalability required for mission-critical processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Deployment can be complex in large environments, and the high cost of enterprise licenses may be a barrier for many organizations. The UI also has limitations, such as the lack of a search bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive AI-Powered Automation with Reliable Performance and Strong Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

What I like most about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is the amount of time it saves on everyday, repetitive work. Once the automations are set up, they run on their own and complete tasks consistently without needing constant supervision. I also appreciate that it helps cut down on manual errors, especially in processes that involve moving a lot of data between systems. Overall, it makes the workflow feel smoother and allows the team to focus on more meaningful work instead of getting stuck in repetitive steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

One thing I don’t love about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is that setting up and maintaining automations can sometimes take more effort than I expect. When a process changes, even a small update can mean going back into the bots and making adjustments, and that isn’t always quick. There’s also a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, especially if you’re not very technical. Even though the platform is powerful, it can still feel complex when you’re troubleshooting or trying to understand why a bot didn’t run the way you expected. What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Few features I liked about Automation anywhere agentic process automation is it could understand the requirement and suggest the approach instead of manually doing it. The next step identification pretty much on point and could help automate the process quickly than before. The support is also helpful on the kind of prompts to use and how to refine them for usecase. It has been really efficient since the timeline for each project has reduced well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Like any other AI tool, Automation anywhere agent also needs some learning and review. Human interaction and quick checking after every step is produced is important. UI-based automations like screen recording or web scraping is not efficient as such, those steps need entirely manual interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
