I like the use of AI functions in Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation and their gradual learning, which removes the main limitation of traditional RPA, especially its fragility. It learns from mistakes and takes them into account next time, making solutions more resilient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I notice that Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation gives slightly different answers to the same task, and the cost is somewhat higher compared to regular solutions. Also, if the input is unstructured, the program might invent data. The setup is not the easiest either; it requires serious work, such as setting up the infrastructure and coordinating all issues with IT security. It happens that non-standard data and the fragility of SAP can disrupt the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
