It’s straightforward to connect different steps in a process, which reduces the amount of manual work involved. The AI-powered capabilities also help with more complex tasks that would normally take extra effort to manage. Overall, it has improved productivity, reduced errors, and saved time, making day-to-day operations smoother and more consistent.

The only thing that took me some time was getting comfortable with some of the more advanced workflows. The basic features were fairly easy to pick up, but when I started working with more complex automations and integrations, there was definitely a learning curve. I also felt that some parts of the interface could be a little more intuitive for someone using the platform for the first time. Other than that, the platform has been reliable in my experience and performs well once everything is set up correctly. Automation Anywhere's Agentic Process Automation has been really helpful for us. Its bots do all the repetitive data entry work that used to eat up our time.
We just use the drag-and-drop builder and the built-in connections to link it with our main databases. That alone stopped all the copy-paste mistakes we used to make.
Now it handles most of our regular admin tasks, so we're saving several hours every week. We can actually spend that time on real work instead of mindlessly clicking around on the computer.

**What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?**

The software is definitely powerful, but getting it set up at the beginning was pretty tough.
Building those agentic workflows needs more technical know-how than I thought it would. It made it hard for our non-technical team members to get started.
It would be much better if they had simpler step-by-step guides, clearer explanations when things go wrong, and an easier way to connect everything at the start. Right now it feels a bit overwhelming for regular business users.

I use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation mostly for handling the really annoying, unpredictable tasks where standard bots usually break. The biggest lifesaver for me is that it stops bots from constantly breaking. I definitely appreciate the flexibility; it's awesome how it handles messy, random data without panicking. I don't have to build perfect, rigid rules for everything anymore; I just give it the goal, and it figures out the steps. Also, clicking 'on' was super easy since it's cloud-based, with no annoying server setup.

Two main things. It's not as plug-and-play as advertised. Getting the agentic logic to prompt engineering right takes a ton of trial and error. The pricing and licensing get complicated.

What I like the most is how it transforms the automation from a rigid system of tasks to a truly intelligent and autonomous ecosystem; instead of having to program every click and worry about the flow breaking with the slightest change, the Process Reasoning Engine allows the AI to understand the final goal, make logical decisions in real-time, and solve complex problems on its own, finally freeing us from constant exception management and allowing us to automate much more strategic business processes.

Although the technology is incredibly promising, what convinces me the least is the learning curve and the complexity of governance it introduces. Moving from a model based on fixed rules (RPA) to one based on the autonomous reasoning of AI makes it much more difficult to predict and audit exactly every action the agent takes. This demands an extremely strict human-in-the-loop supervision control and a greater effort in change management, as ensuring that the AI does not make erroneous business decisions or hallucinate in critical processes requires a level of design and monitoring that erases the simplicity of traditional automations.

The main problem it solves for me is the fragility and limitation of traditional RPA in the face of the variability of the real world, where a simple change in a website's design, an unexpected data point, or an email with unstructured natural language would cause the bots to fail constantly, forcing me to spend hours managing exceptions and repairing broken workflows; APA solves this by introducing agents capable of reasoning, adapting to context, and making logical decisions autonomously to achieve a goal without the need for rigid step-by-step programming.
