In traditional automation, we often have to write complex logic to handle exceptions, different input formats and changing business scenarios.For example, in a ticket processing automation, users may submit request in different formats, requiring multiple validation checks and exception handling scripts. Agentic automation can understand the context, determine the appropriate action and handle many of these variations with less custom scripting.
