"Blends RPA with AI Agents to Automate Complex, Judgment-Based Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

What I like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is that it blends traditional RPA with AI agents, so automation can handle more complex, judgment-based workflows rather than just repetitive rule-based tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

What I dislike is that agentic automation can add complexity and governance risk: teams need strong controls, monitoring, and clear accountability to avoid unpredictable AI-driven outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentic automation with contextual decisions and intuitive interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

The best thing about agentic process automation is that it allows for the continuity of processes, thanks to the decisions it can make based on context. For example, if an incoming email has incomplete information, the bot can decide to request additional data instead of just stopping and notifying.

Additionally, the interface is very intuitive and easy to use, it can integrate with practically almost everything, there are many native connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

There is a bit of complexity at the start, APA makes decisions based on the data it receives, so if your data is incorrect, incomplete, or poorly structured, it can make mistakes. The learning curve can be a bit long at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible RPA + Agentic Automation That Streamlines Manual Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

What I like best is the ability to combine traditional RPA with agentic automation. It helps automate repetitive and long manual processes. It is also very flexible to improve operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I don't like that initial setup can require a large amount of time. To get real value, processes need to be well analyzed, otherwise there is a risk of automating inefficient workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Documented Setup, But Cost Concerns Persist"
4/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I like that Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation gets rid of the filter selector, which is something I find beneficial. Also, everything is documented properly, making it a good experience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

If something shifts, like a few pixels to the left, then the RPA bot will crash. I am not sure. Maybe just the costs because the ecosystem can also feel restricting, and the costs are not making it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic UI/UX That Simulates the User Journey Well"
4/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I have mixed feelings about it, but here is my review. UI/UX: I feel it’s very important to simulate the process for the user, and it does a fantastic job of that.

When you do it manually it takes a lot longer and with that you can easily evaluate performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

Automation Anywhere Agentic can be expensive, and it can also be hard to debug. Sometimes the errors are so unpredictable that you don’t know what to do next. On top of that, it can be difficult for beginners to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Workflows, Smooth Onboarding Needed"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I like that Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is streamlined to get set up and does what it says it's going to do. It solves the problem of agents not being automated, which helps streamline processes. I appreciate that it eliminates manual work, reprocessing, and tedious repeatable tasks. I find the workflow tools the most valuable and would consider them the best feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I think onboarding could be slightly smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart Multi-Agent Workload Sharing That Helps Prevent Hallucinations"
5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

The connection between different agents won’t overwhelm a single agent. Instead, it divides the work across all of them, which helps prevent the agents from hallucinating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

RAG: It’s quite hard to create an IP-secured environment with agentic knowledge. Also, using the knowledge is fairly complex; even with good instructions, the knowledge that was taken wasn’t adequate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Low-Code Tool, but Performance Still Needs Improvement"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

I like the low code no code aspect , it ease of use and the possible integrations , for pricing and ROI , I don't have great idea as I didn't use it professionaly , the support is great , and the human factors in autonomous bots , performance is good , but can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

the low code no code, doesn't allow for alotf of customization. the high cost can be deterrent for low budget projects , and I think I heard issues about licensing complexity and issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cuts Repetitive Work and Makes Processes Smoother"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

The best thing is that we don’t have to do repetitive tasks or work anymore. It helps reduce manual work and effort, and makes the overall process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?

It will slowly reduce the tasks that are necessary for society and, technically, for brushing up your skills. If we learn a task and then automate it, we may not have to touch it again, and that can cause us to forget the things we learned.

Additionally in automation we can't change the process at last minute but in manually we can make the changes and design as per the requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
