I did not like having to go to a manager to get access to some prospects because another salesperson had spoken with the prospect months or even years before. I like the reporting. They have tons of reports for anything that you are looking for and I find them to be very accurate. What do you dislike about AutoLoop Customer Engagement Suite? There really isn't anything that I dislike about the program. I wish it was a little easier to set up automated emails.
