From payments to the calendar to the work board, everything connects smoothly and makes daily shop operations feel organized and efficient. I especially like the customization options within the calendar—it’s flexible enough to fit how we schedule work at our shop. There are just a few small things that could be improved. I wish some parts of the system, like the workboard colors, were a bit more customizable. It would also be nice to have the ability to permanently delete things instead of just archiving them. The fluidity of the software is what I, one that works in the office, loves most about the software. It's easy to navigate, it doesn't have much of a learning curve and is thorough on how you make your invoicing look, as well as the pricing and services that it shows. AutoLeap so far has been very easy to use, especially for someone like me who is not a mechanic. Repair orders can be built seamlessly, and the access to reports has been very helpful.
