I like AutoLeap's modern UI and accessibility, which help with inputting vehicle data, parts and components, and vehicle specifications. Updating canned and existing profiles, especially with fees when invoicing POs, is problematic. When adding fluids to inventory, I can't add multiple EHC fees, so I have to change them every time I record an invoice. Worse, changing the EHC cost doesn't take effect until I refresh the page, which restarts most of my progress on the invoice, forcing me to refill all the blanks again. I love how AutoLeap is just so smooth and clean. Everything about it has been geared toward the shop, allowing us to work efficiently and be productive. The whole thing flows from one task to the next, making it easy to learn and operate. I really love the feature where our AI picks up calls automatically when we're away, ensuring we don’t miss calls anymore. This feature has been a big bonus for us. I really like that whenever I click on a customer's address in AutoLeap, it automatically opens Google Maps for me. This makes navigation a lot easier and saves time. I also appreciate being able to access unassigned work orders and assign them to myself without having to call the office, which streamlines the workflow and allows me to stay productive on the job. The main thing right now that doesn't work as well for us is running everything off the phone. The mobile website is optimized for your phone, but sometimes I have to turn my phone twice to switch from technician view to administrator view. I find the QBO integration not working well, which is frustrating. There's also this thing where I can't create return POs, which is pretty inconvenient. Another issue is with check payments.
