**What do you like best about Fullpath?**

I really appreciate how Fullpath helps us track customer behavior on our website and engagement, so our team can focus on the most important leads first. The AI-driven insights let us prioritize intent and buying stage, making our conversations with customers more purposeful. Having all the marketing and website activity in one place is a huge plus for efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Fullpath?**

Lately, what I honestly have the hardest time getting a grip on is how they determine SMS eligibility. I think of this as an AMP (Cox Automative) on Steriods—better and more detailed, but sometimes almost too detailed. It pulls data from our CRM, yet it filters it down so much that we’re left with such a small fraction of contacts we can actually SMS. At that point, it becomes tough to justify using SMS through this tool, and I find myself looking elsewhere for that solution. This may be a nuanced case, but it’s something I consistently struggle with.

**What problems is Fullpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing in automotive is a moving target, and shoppers’ intent is constantly changing. With Fullpath, whatever a customer is shopping for on our website, we can reach them in a relevant way that brings them back to the site and, ultimately, helps convert that interest into a lead and a sale.

**What do you like best about Fullpath?**

Fullpath isn't just building a product based on historical products. They are true innovators. More importantly, they actually value the opinion of the end user and take a real interest in moving the product forward in the right direction for the user. In other words, I feel like they are adapting their software to fit the use instead of asking the user to adapt their use to the software.

**What do you dislike about Fullpath?**

Honestly, not much to dislike. The collaborate, listen well and are very quick to fix things. My only real complaint is that we have to use inferior software longer because they are diligent in rolling things out properly...which is, of course, sarcasm.

**What problems is Fullpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are several but the agentic follow up is the biggest for us. Our current providers follow up processes are hard to implement and have firing errors more than they should. I am very excited to see more agents added.

**What do you like best about Fullpath?**

Fullpath is constantly innovating and using client feedback to enhance the product. I asked for a date selector for the data, and it was completed in a matter of weeks. But second to that, and as important, is that they provide real customer service.

**What do you dislike about Fullpath?**

I do not love the paid media and the lack of flexibility I have for customizations.

**What problems is Fullpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing clean, actionable data for our sales team to use in outbound outreach.Making email and SMS marketing easy to run and more effective. Also, giving out marketing team data they can use to easily measure success and cut hours spent analyzing.

**What do you like best about Fullpath?**

Fullpath is one of our very best vendors... The team is very knowledgeable and understands our business and needs very well. Bottom line though, is that the leads that come from them are the very best that we get with the highest closing ratio.  Not only that, but the knowledge, support and enthusiasm from the Fullpath team is infectious!  They have become a BIG part of our dealership team!

Nothing- its a great relationship and they are always responsive.

Fullpath provides a consolidated view of the customer profile in a unified way that is then actionable through audience building and campaign activation.

**What do you dislike about Fullpath?**

There are a few areas where the platform could improve, particularly around data flexibility and control over certain functions, such as DigAd. Refining these aspects would allow greater customization for the client.

**What problems is Fullpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fullpath is addressing a long-standing problem in automotive: dirty dealership data and fragmented customer records. With their CDP product, they unify customer data across the DMS, CRM, website, and other data-injection sources to create a single, consolidated view of each customer. Having this data cleaned and connected is hugely beneficial for marketing more accurately to our customers. In the end, it helps deliver a better customer experience while also supporting dealership growth and revenue.

Sometimes I can't find things because the platform has so many updates (not really something I dislike but if I HAD to pick something this is it)

Fullpath helps us with attribution, automated and effective marketing and has streamlined our monthly offer process. They're also great partners - anytime we encounter an issue, Fullpath is willing to talk through and see how they can support.

**What do you like best about Fullpath?**

I love the freedom Fullpath gives us to track what's working, push out more units, and manage our data without worry. The VINs Acceleration tool is especially powerful for moving aged inventory quickly, and the real-time interactions with customers through email and text have truly transformed how we activate our data. Fullpath has set us up for success in ways I hadn't experienced before.

There's really nothing that I dislike about Fullpath.

Old age units through VINs Acceleration.

I love the complete transparency they give in both your reports and your billing.  No other lead providers do this.  The people who work there are top notch!

I can't say anything bad about auto lead star

I am driving more quality traffic to my websites and we have already seen an increase in sales.
