What do you like best about AutogenAI?

I find AutogenAI's setup straightforward with the assistance of IT, enhancing ease of access and usage. The tool excels in transforming complex information into clear, credible responses rapidly, significantly saving time. I appreciate its diverse tools like the research assistant, Ask AI, and PURE Completion, which effortlessly assist in drafting and modifying texts. I am impressed by the capability to maintain and manage a centralized library for big proposals. The service is exceptionally user-friendly for writing bids and proposals, allowing seamless draft management. What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

I find the lack of integration with Word and PDF formats an inconvenience. Transferring proposals often requires cutting and pasting, which is time-consuming. It's problematic that not everyone can access or afford AutogenAI, making it difficult to collaborate efficiently on documents typically finalized in Word or PDF. What do you like best about AutogenAI?

Having the ability to use our company resources directly is very useful. As I am relatively new to some divisions of our company it has saved me and others some time as I no longer need to ask people where to find certain things or if we have written about them before. What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

It can sometimes feel a little clunky in the language it uses, and isn't quite as concise as we need it to be. I find that often I can't directly copy and paste chunks of text as they're not quite right, but it is very useful as a starting point for inspiration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

The ability to integrate our SharePoint library into AutogenAI means we can easily extract material from our previous collateral. The tool has lots of functionalities that allows you to almost craft an entire response from start to finish also within the platform. The AutogenAI Academy and the sessions we have had with the AutogenAI consultants have both been extremely helpful in progressing my learning. I think I have only scratched the surface with AutogenAI and believe that it will prove to become an invaluable tool in my day to day life as a bid manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

It would be great if we could further polish responses within the platform by having the ability to input images and different text styles to our response, without needed to leave the platform. What do you like best about AutogenAI?

The draft outline has bene very helpful in creating a structure, as well as using the home function to pull out specific bid requirements. The ask AI function in drafts is really helpful because it both expands and evidences from our bid library. I didn't previously use this, instead using the home function, but the options I have in drafts has really elevated my responses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

I think I first learnt to use Autogen using a 5-7 step process. Given I was completely new to the platform, I found this very overwhelming and it put me off. What do you like best about AutogenAI?

Being able to scan previous submission content makes it super easy to extract relevant stats or processes, which speeds up writing tenders significantly. It's easy to make use of each function, and integrates easily into Sharepoint.

The support has been great too, with a Teams meeting to guide through the use of autogen. I use it most days for work as it acts like my little assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutogenAI?

One thing I've noticed is when cutting the word count for an existing answer, there will usually be at least one suggested answer that is blank aka it cuts out every word which seems a little extreme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
