The way it twists the meaning of information sometimes - e.g., it will take a specific initiative developed for that one bid and rephrase it so it sounds like a company standard. What do you like best about AutogenAI?

AutogenAI is quick, it's very user friendly and intuitive. I love that it uses our past content and branding to a proposal so that creating a first draft is a dream now. When you have the dreaded writers block you can just ask it a question and it will give you that starter you sometimes really need. The fact that it can do all aspects of bidding, stripping out the requirements/deadlines etc is brilliant & saves so much time. The document comparison tool is also a lifesaver. AutogenAI has saved us so much prep times on bidding - it makes bidding faster, easier & more accurate. Customer support couldn't better, montly checkins with our support, information about new things coming & the help library just make life easier. Integration was smooth, just uploading docs we needed and it does integrate seamlessly with sharepoint. It's some we use every day, it's always open and being used. Saves so much time allowing the team to focus on designing solutions.

Can handle a number of different situations from reviewing large contracts to creating solutions based on specifications.

Very easy to use and each individual can tailor it to their use

Lack of a memory so it can repeat itself

Can get confused easily especially if lots of info

Should be able to link documents by embedding a hyperlink in the prompt.

It has many features but user can get overwhelmed meaning they end up ignoring some features and use other features repeatedly meaning they might not be getting the best out of the system.

What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It does a lot of the heavy lifting saving me and colleagues a lot of time.

It is very fast so I can get answers I need very quickly - I can extract information very fast, review a document very fast, analyse information very fast.

It's essential to note that the learning curve at the beginning of the integration process may be somewhat steep for less tech-savvy users, but once you’re up and running, it becomes smooth sailing. "A game changer for us"

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

AutogenAI has changed the way we approach our bids. We are now faster, more accurate, and less wasteful, with an end-product that is measurably superior to that which came before.

In our world of tight deadline-driven projects, time is our most precious resource. Our capability to quickly gain momentum and work confidently through the drafting stages affords us invaluable time to spend finessing our responses to final state. It is evident that this final state is a significant improvement from the pre-AutogenAI era. I originally understood that what used to take minutes would now take seconds, but it's more than that. Where once a 30-minute task might be put off until the next day due to time constraints, AutogenAI's capability to significantly reduce this to minutes (sometimes seconds) results in a huge uplift in daily productivity and critical momentum. So, the time saving is not only in the production of the task, but also in getting to the task to begin with.

They are one of the few, and by far the best, vendors I've worked with. Where many sell and run, AutogenAI's team has remained with us every step of the way from implementation into daily use. Not only this, but their roadmap is impressive, and their tendency to introduce innovations ahead of the curve is a remarkable sign of a company in touch with its customers and industry. They continue to work with us to collaborate on design and functionality developments, walking where so many talk in listening to their customers.

In a relatively short period of time, AutogenAI has seamlessly integrated into our opportunity procedure, becoming the go-to in our response team, keenly adopted and used on every response occasion. In our experience with AutogenAI there are no downsides. However, there are upsides yet to be realised as a result of familiarising ourselves with the full power of the platform. Thanks to their coaching, customer support and Academy we are afforded the opportunity to develop our user skills in an effective manner. I would say that it is critical to determine this path of learning, to best manage the current work you have on. Plan this carefully, since AutogenAI is actively upgrading, bringing new functionality to market and there is a risk of getting caught up in the discovery and understanding of shiny new tools before the current ones have been fully mastered. Time: time restricts our capacity to manage where endless resources are not an option. With AutogenAI we are simply able to do more, better, with our resources available.

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

I love that it can help me produce a first draft in a very short time. Once the training was provided, it was easy to set up the library and implement the tool. The transformation functionalities (i.e., pure completion, word cutting, add statistics etc.) are brilliant, probably the most frequently used functions. What do you like best about AutogenAI?

1. Autogen links to sources whether inside of Autogen or on the internet

2. It creates efficiency when needing to summarize information (esp. resumes, job descriptions, etc.)

3. It has a lot of learning resources to show you all the functions do

4. It can house a large amount of content to be readily used

What do you like best about AutogenAI?

Autogen AI is very easy to use, and has plenty of functionality. From ideation to deeper research, this will be something regularly used going forward.

As well as that the face it can be linked to Sharepoint is very nice and should be easily implemented into our bid process. On top of that the support so far has been top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
