We always mention the support we receive, they are quick and always open to help. I love how easy it is use the main features and how there are many tools which other AIs are missing. A huge positive is teaching and guidance which I really appreciate, as a new learner I wase encouraged to ask questions and given chance to take one on ones to familiarise myself with the AI. Most tools are simple and self explanatory which makes it easy to use. I use it a lot for even little things such as emails or questions. Also, really random but I like the look and the minimalist look, I think it allows you to take more in. **What do you dislike about AutogenAI?** A huge thing that comes up often when we talk about Autogen is how often the platform changes while I understand there are new tools to improve the experience but this makes commonly used tools obsolete - this just juxtaposes the ideas of getting familiar of new tools for them just to change or be removed. I love new tools however constant changes every time is excessive especially those of which are unnecessary. While my fellow colleagues were trying to teach them many of them had no idea or use of the many tools. Also, it also sometimes gives out misinformation despite only selecting the library or extracting from a document, I learnt the hard way :( - however I feel this is not too much of problem as it is up to the person to read it thoroughly regardless. Also cannot find many things from our library (might be because it is too big if so I can understand), which means it struggles to answer some company specific questions or find examples or case studies. Sometimes, companies view AI-written bids as less credible if the style is too generic. Sometimes it is so obviously AI as it feels to replicate human tone or our writing style. Can completely just ignore the prompt given e.g. word count or cut out important sections (I can understand but it gets annoying at times), it fails to recognise subject of question at times. Some tools I am completely lost but I will be having a one-on-one to guide me through the process. **What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** SPEED & EFFCIENCY- obviously speeds up general process such as creating the first draft and creating the base for a question. It allows us to focus on tailoring the answer to the bid and use that time for other things. Also, gives start staring points when you do not know how to begin. With some tenders having 15 x questions and 3 contract examples, the drafting process could take me 3 whole days. It’s not always the case that we have such a long time to pull a tender together, so I was often rushed into getting the draft answers out to the team quickly so they can start doing their bits. Everything would always get done, but the quality suffers when a tender is rushed. AutogenAI gives us the luxury of more time every time. I use it on every single tender to get draft answers out to teams quicker, those draft answers are of a high quality already, the teams have longer to make their amends around their day jobs, we have more time for tweaking once a draft answer is in place and are able to go for more tenders as an overall result. The features to insert case studies and evidence into answers and the ‘so what’ buttons are fantastic. Also, changing the tense is something we would often spend a lot of time doing, but not anymore. Not just for writing tender answers, there is so much more we use it for: • Scope of services – we have non-negotiables that sometimes we can’t do or commit to. Autogen can pull those out for us quickly so we can raise them with the client. Being able to provide a summary to the team when they are reviewing the tender and deciding to bid saves me a lot of time, and the software can also easily integrate our tender answers WITH the scope of services so we can better demonstrate to the client how we will deliver for them. • Contracts – we get these at the tender stage, and clients often say any queries on the content need to be raised before submission as they won’t be making changes later. NO ONE likes/wants/has time to read these massive docs (sometimes 100+ pages). But Autogen really easily analyses and looks for any of our red flag items quickly, so we know if we need to query with the client or are ok to sign up to it as it is. James and Shivani are always on hand to help with any user error issues! **What do you dislike about AutogenAI?** There is sometimes a lot of clicking around between different features of the system, it doesn't seem to have a workflow process as such. The library settings are away from the draft answer area of the system so it is a lot of clicking to select which library folders to use or I forget and get all sorts thrown into the answer. Like with any AI, creative AI sounds very much like AI and needs a lot of tweaking when used. This issue isn't exclusive to Autogen though. **What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps us get off the page quicker, with more robust first draft tender answers that are aligned to the scope and requirements of the tender. The Library is one of the most useful (and comprehensive) that I've found to date. The design shows that they have actually worked with bid writers/managers. The team at Autogen are also genuinely invested in listening to customer feedback and improving or adding features. It's validating to have personally provided feedback and then see that change in the next update cycle. **What do you dislike about AutogenAI?** Basic writing tools are still Autogen's biggest challenge. The on-system document editor doesn't hold a candle to Word or other industry standard tools. The result is that I still tend to ideate/research on the platform, then shift out to Word, then come back for review cycles etc. It can take some time to set up your company and workflows - as it does with any other platform. This is incredibly useful for several reasons, including the ability to quickly draw on information contained therein, as well as having a single knowledge repository which is accessible by all users across the business (although it can also handily be access-controlled). Although other AI tools (such as Copilot) can also be manipulated to work in a similar way with a document repository (such as a folder), AutogenAI appears to have the edge when working with a very large number of documents as its output quality tends to remain consistent. As AutogenAI calls on several LLMs to formulate its output, I consider it the best product to use for AI text generation. For me, this is one of the reasons to always have it open and available to use daily, even for more menial tasks. Whenever I have had any issues and reached out to the service desk, the response has also been rapid and personal. There is nothing to fault with this aspect of the whole experience. Indeed, the allocated customer service representative will continue to engage with me until they are confident my issue has been resolved. As it is browser-based, I am also able to log into AutogenAI via my phone. This has been very handy when out and about or any other time I have no access to my computer. This also makes it very easy for new users to implement it into their daily work, with little to no intervention required by the corporate IT team **What do you dislike about AutogenAI?** The main drafting area of AutogenAI has been designed deliberately to not include a conversational interface. This means that each prompt essentially delivers new output which is not based on previously generated text. I appreciate this is a design choice, but I believe having this as conversational and being able to refer back to specific parts of previously generated text would be very useful. Indeed, this can now be done as part of the latest iteration of the Research Assistant feature which has proven itself to have completely transformed the quality of output from this feature. **What problems is AutogenAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using AutogenAI means a lot of corporate information, previous bids, etc., can now all be held in one place and interrogated.
