The optimization needs to be improved. **What problems is Autoflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the problem of communication between writers and technicians. It helps merge the two worlds. ### 2. We have it integrated with Tekmetric and they mesh almost seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Autoflow?** One feature I dislike is if we want to close out a customer's invoice (for instance, if no work was performed or it was only an estimate), we have to disable notifications, otherwise, it sends a text saying the work is completed. This has caused some confusion. **What problems is Autoflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can update customers, send inspections and estimates, and provide in-house updates, and this is helping us to stay efficient and consistent. ### 3.
