## CyberFOX AutoElevate Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined Privilege Management for Modern Energy Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viral S. | IT SecOps Manager, Oil & Energy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

I really like how CyberFOX AutoElevate seamlessly enforces least privileged access without interrupting critical workflow. The platform is easy for both administrators and end users, which is crucial for us in the energy sector with strict operational and regular requirements. Its automated elevation rules significantly reduce the help desk tickets while improving endpoint security. The SaaS delivery model also makes deployment and ongoing management simple across our distributed environment.

**What do you dislike about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

While CyberFOX AutoElevate performs well overall, there are a few areas where enhancements would be beneficial. In a regulated industry like energy, more detailed reporting would help support compliance and audit requirements. Additional granular policy controls would allow for more precise privilege management scenarios. We would also appreciate expanded customization options for user prompts and notifications to better align with internal communication standards.

**What problems is CyberFOX AutoElevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CyberFOX AutoElevate for enforcing least privilege access, which is crucial for day-to-day operations. It seamlessly reduces help desk tickets, enhances endpoint security, and simplifies management across distributed environments.

  ### 2. CyberFOX AutoElevate: Essential, Simple Privilege Elevation That Keeps Users Productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

CyberFOX AutoElevate takes away the risk of allowing Admin accounts in your environment for users, while still allowing them to stay productive, update software that requires admin credentials, and now with Blocker it takes away the problem of Living off the Land attacks. It's an essential tool for me in my cybersecurity arsenal. It also takes all of these burden off of your techs by allowing you to create rules that automate privilege escalation and logging absolutely everything! If you're trying to align your cybersecurity practice with CIS controls, keep your clients safe, and reduce technician burden, there is no other tool to look at!

**What do you dislike about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

AutoElevate makes me wish that other tools could be this simple and work this well. It kind of sets expectations for other products that may not be attainable!

**What problems is CyberFOX AutoElevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AutoElevate takes the Admin problem away, while keeping things secure and productive for both your clients and your helpdesk.

  ### 3. Simple, MSP‑FrSimple, Effective PAM Built with MSPs in Mindiendly PAM That Keeps Users Productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrique R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

CyberFOX AutoElevate stands out for its simplicity and ease of use, especially compared to other PAM and application control tools in the market. From deployment to day‑to‑day management, it’s intuitive and does exactly what it’s supposed to do without unnecessary complexity.
For MSPs, this is huge. AutoElevate allows us to remove local admin rights while still keeping end users productive through fast, controlled elevation requests. The self‑service and approval workflows significantly reduce help desk noise, and the centralized visibility makes it easy to see where admin rights still exist and where they shouldn’t.
Beyond the product itself, CyberFOX takes a true partner‑first approach. Pricing is fair, the value is strong, and the platform is clearly designed around real MSP workflows rather than enterprise-only use cases. It integrates cleanly into existing tool stacks and supports a least‑privilege model without slowing users or technicians down.

**What do you dislike about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

There’s very little to dislike. As with any security product, continued feature expansion and refinements are always welcome, but AutoElevate delivers exactly what it promises today: a straightforward, effective PAM solution that’s easy to deploy and manage.

**What problems is CyberFOX AutoElevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CyberFOX AutoElevate solves the long‑standing problem of users needing administrative access to do their jobs without exposing the environment to unnecessary security risk. Before AutoElevate, local admin rights either had to be left in place—creating a larger attack surface—or IT teams were flooded with tickets just to approve routine software installs and updates.
With AutoElevate, we’re able to remove standing local admin rights while still allowing users to request and receive elevated access when it’s legitimately needed. This supports a least‑privilege security model, reduces the risk of malware and unauthorized software installs, and gives IT centralized visibility and control over privilege use across endpoints.
From an operational standpoint, it reduces help desk workload, speeds up response times for elevation requests, and eliminates constant back‑and‑forth with users. The overall benefit is stronger security without sacrificing productivity, delivered through a platform that’s simple to deploy, easy to manage, and well‑suited for MSP environments

  ### 4. AutoElevate: Strong Endpoint Security with Seamless Least-Privilege Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tush N. | President / CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

What we love about AutoElevate is how effectively it balances security and usability. It allows us to remove local admin rights, enforce least-privilege access, and control elevation requests in real time without slowing down users or technicians. The rules-based automation, seamless approvals, and tight integration into MSP workflows significantly reduce risk while improving operational efficiency. AutoElevate has strengthened our endpoint security while simplifying day-to-day privilege management for both our team and our clients.

**What do you dislike about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

There’s very little to dislike. Like any powerful security tool, there is a small learning curve during initial deployment and policy tuning, but once configured, it runs smoothly and delivers strong value with minimal ongoing effort.

**What problems is CyberFOX AutoElevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

as an MSP/MSSP, AutoElevate helps us solve one of the biggest security and operational challenges we face by eliminating standing local administrator rights while still allowing our users to work efficiently. It enables us to enforce least-privilege across client environments without disrupting productivity, which dramatically reduces ransomware risk, unauthorized software installs, and privilege-based attacks.

The benefit to us is both security and efficiency. We can approve or deny elevation requests in real time, automate privilege policies, and reduce help desk tickets while maintaining strong control over endpoints. This strengthens our overall security posture, standardizes privilege management across clients, and allows our team to operate more proactively rather than reactively. It helps us deliver better protection and a smoother experience for our customers.

  ### 5. AutoElevate Secures the PC with ease without losing any productivity!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig K. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

AutoElevate is very easy to deploy, and there’s a PowerShell script available for your RMM tool. Thanks to Technician Mode, I no longer have to constantly re-enter administrator credentials when I’m working on a PC or installing software. You can also set up rules to automatically approve application updates, so users don’t need to contact the help desk as often. Support is responsive on the rare occasion that you'd need to contact them.

**What do you dislike about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

Nothing really comes to mind. Once it’s installed, it’s pretty much a set-it-and-forget-it experience. Everything just works the way it should. Thanks CyberFOX!

**What problems is CyberFOX AutoElevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a time saver for the technician and the end-user.

  ### 6. Convenient for security but Expect Heavy Setup and Many Auto-Elevate Prompts

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe S. | Technical Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

There was an app for the autorotate which made it nice compared to having to use the computer to approve every time

**What do you dislike about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

So much setup required for everything you can possibly think of. If someone wants to delete something off their desktop? That’s an auto elevate request. Run updates? Auto elevate. Lots of setup otherwise in the beginning you will be approving A LOT

**What problems is CyberFOX AutoElevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It just helped manage the people who would try to install things thinking they knew better than the help desk

  ### 7. Streamlined Self-Service, Strong Security, and Fast CyberFOX Support

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

It allows users to handle many of their own requests and software installations, which helps cut down on support calls. The integrations and mobile capabilities make it straightforward to use day to day. It also simplifies admin tasks and improves security by reducing the need to juggle multiple passwords. On the rare occasions we do need help, the CyberFOX support team is among the fastest and most reliable we work with.

**What do you dislike about CyberFOX AutoElevate?**

I honestly can’t think of anything I don’t like about it. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, as long as you invest the time to create and set up your policies properly.

**What problems is CyberFOX AutoElevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AutoElevate helps reduce helpdesk tickets while streamlining security processes.

I think a way to notify the devices that have been left in 'tech' mode would be helpful, maybe it's already there but not out of the box working.
