I love that no other platform has built-in preparatory TBA tracking conversion, as others use Aquiline or fake tracking, which have historically been problematic. AutoDS allows users to dropship with supplier ease because they provide their own supplier accounts for Amazon and similar, which breaks a huge barrier for new users or those struggling to create more accounts. The pricing monitoring, changing, and fee structure is straightforward and easy to use, and their orders page helps you keep tabs on everything going on in your business. It even lets you send buyers prompted messages every step of the way so they can keep track of the order. Not having to worry about creating supplier accounts or using incorrect tracking completely shuts down any competitors. I recommend AutoDS to everyone. **What do you dislike about AutoDS all-in-one dropshipping platform?** Their system, though very good, does break a lot. Bugs are very frequent, and as a beginner this can be challenging since customer support can respond slow even with VIP accounts. I have been dealing with dashboard miscalculations showing double profits, which started a week ago, and I have had no response or resolution in a week. Since bugs are not something you can really manage perfectly, I do think faster responses and faster fixes are needed. Though they do their best and you can tell. This is something though that turns away a lot of old/new users that should be improved. The system is too good for the issues to go unresolved for this long. Additionally, the education around eBay as a whole is lacking. Their influencer videos about eBay are not sufficient for beginners and I fear could get many users banned. There are rules on the marketplace that are not covered and there is no help for product research and how to scale your store in an efficient way to make guaranteed sales. I believe if beginners had a road map and a comprehensive understanding of how eBay's algorithm works, they would see proof of concept fast, understand how to grow, stay in business longer, and in turn, increase AutoDS's customer turn-rate. I believe they need a new face for eBay tutorials and understanding.
