Autodesk Vault is a great tool we use for collaborating with all our R&D departments across several location. Autodesk Vault is quite easy to use for end users, and it brings a big added value for our organization. Easy to use and keep track of files. I can see what team members are working on and have checked out so we aren't altering files at the same time. You can see the history of a file, a part or a drawing and go back to a previous version as well as make a copy of a design. Works well with Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Mechanical. It crashes fairly often but also sometime files do not check out properly or cannot check in properly. Sometimes when trying to get or check out a file it will tell me the software is busy.
