**What do you like best about Autodesk InfraWorks?**

Infraworks has a lot of great features like terrain surface analysis and the ease to create very some great conceptual level scenarios very quickly. 
Great presentation imagery publishing features and very useful cloud based integration with table devices that can effectively be used to take designs from the office to site.
Possible to develop good workflows between different software due to reasonably good file format interchange.

**What do you dislike about Autodesk InfraWorks?**

The graphics interface is a bit 'gamy' and integration with serious CAD software like Civil3D does need a bit of work. Quite often I did experience some graphical problems whilst assigning coordinate systems to sites overseas.
If one could have a single product combining the great interface of Infraworks and the engineering precision of Civil3D, then one would have a winning solution for both masterplanners and urban designers alike. 

**Recommendations to others considering Autodesk InfraWorks:**

The cloud based solution would not work well on countries where broadband is poor.

**What problems is Autodesk InfraWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infraworks is excellent for surface terrain analysis. Quick results help teams speed up decision making on conceptual layouts. Very good value for money if one uses that functionality regularly.
