For begginers to start there carrier in design engineering the best choise is Autodesk Fusion 360 software. The UI is very understandble and easy commands. The 3D modelling, static simulation, animation and drafting works are so productive. The software can easy implemented like design files can go for manufacturing easily with added tolerance. The customer support is also very quick in manner of chat support and voice support. I am using this tool from past 4 years. this tool can be easily intergarte with 3D printed softwares, laser cutting machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autodesk Fusion?

I like the User Interface of Autodesk Fusion. Also the Hyper Realistic rendering is an upside of autodesk fusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autodesk Fusion?

Sometimes it is hard to perform operations on complicated assemblies. Also, when we integrate a 3D model from other software in iges format, the base orientation of the model gets messed up. not very sure how it's getting changed, but it surely does not stay in its original perspective. in such a scenario, performing operations on the model literally seems impossible. I believe Autodesk takes it as a single entity or surface instead of identifying all the sides, vertices and lines in the model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fusion, perfect for quick product designs"
What do you like best about Autodesk Fusion?

I initially turned to Fusion for a single project, but I soon discovered that it offers so much more than I expected. The software's incredible depth and versatility have opened up new possibilities for me, and I'm now using it for a wide range of tasks. Fusion’s ability to handle projects in such an integrated and streamlined way has completely changed how I approach my work. Looking back, I realize how much easier my workflow would have been had I started using Fusion earlier in my process. It’s definitely one of those tools where the more you use it, the more you appreciate the value it brings.

What truly stands out about Fusion is the wide variety of environments it offers. Whether I’m designing, modeling, or simulating, Fusion provides a seamless transition between different stages of a project. This flexibility makes it ideal for tackling complex, multi-faceted projects without needing to switch between multiple platforms or tools.

Another feature I love is the ability to share projects online with clients and customers through web-based collaboration. This has made communication and feedback much smoother and more efficient, especially when working remotely. My clients appreciate being able to review and comment on designs without the need for complex software, and it saves me time by keeping everyone on the same page. Overall, Fusion has become an indispensable tool in my workflow, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one solution for managing projects from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autodesk Fusion?

cloud dependability plus Some features of the sketcher could be more user-friendly. There are times when elements appear unconstrained, but identifying a hidden line or a missing dimension can be challenging, especially when the sketch is constrained in a way that nothing shifts when you try to click and drag. This often results in sketch lines staying blue, with no visible issues until you attempt to resize a connected feature and encounter the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
