Our safety has improved thanks to the forms and ability to do walk throughs using mobile devices. It is easy to add people into the system and give them access and once a quick walk through is done with them, they find it easy to use the system. We now have all our projects in the system because it is so easy to use. I am constantly learning new things and there are constant changes to the system which means it is not just and off the shelf system, ACC is constantly being evolved to meet the needs of the business using it. Customer Support is amazing and are so responsive. They are determined to make sure any issues are responded to and communication is great. **What do you dislike about Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)?** When loading a new user onto the platform, I still can't see who created them into the system the first place as I work to keep the system locked down and need to know if someone has loaded someone incorrectly. This causes issues as I inevitably delete them, waiting to have them contact me asking to be reinstated. There are some things like not being able to allow people to raise and release RFI's without giving them Management access. We don't want everyone to see everyones RFI's, just their own companies would be good. This causes addition time releasing the RFI's for external companies. Having EVERYONE as an option in Sheets isn't good as we don't want to have everyone to have access. Removing EVERYONE would be good so we can choose who we want to have access to Sheets. When adding new people into ACC, the ability to give a license at the same time as putting them into the sysem, instead of going out and then having to find them to add the license, it should all be done at the same time. **What problems is Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping everything in one place. Nothing lost via emails as it is all recorded. Easy to send transmittals as a file, no more ziping files. Better tracking of documents via Transmittals and versioning. Meeting minutes held in one place and easy to disseminate. Correspondence kept in one space, not lost within outlook. More than one way of sending correspondence, depending on who you are sending it to, if they are in the system or external to the system. Raising issues when we find issues on audit walks and the ability to get them resolved quickly as it is raised and sent through in real time. ### 9. Uploading plans is quick and easy, with the ability to assign sheet number and titles to each automatically. This is especially useful when dealing with large projects with hundred of plan sheets. The RFI module is also useful to send out information requests directly to the customer. Customer support is always helpful and typically solves any issue that is brought to their attention. If they cannot fix the problem right away, they always follow up with a response in a timely fashion. As an admin for my company, I spend a lot of my time using this platform to help maintain the structure for other employees and to make sure information stays up to date for all users. **What do you dislike about Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)?** Not much to dislike about Autodesk Construction Cloud. There are a few minor features that unfortunately we cannot change, such as a few issue tags or the ability to have a regular user adjust their view of the Files structure. I cannot transmit a document hosted on ACC to someone that does not have an Autodesk seat. Sometimes we have to get the documents to those people. And requiring them to purchase a seat so they can receive our transmittal seems like a little too much to ask. The platform & app are quite intuitive & easy to use. Lack of tables & conditional formatting for forms.
