It's free, anybody can install it without any subscription. Also available for mobile phones. It can downgrade or upgrade the file version easily. What do you dislike about Autodesk DWG TrueView? The issue that I faced with this is opening/handling large size files. Sometimes it gets stuck and closes automatically. I used this to open a few Autocad files and started editing and making changes. It allows you to edit with seamless interaction, the tools are easy to use and the interface is excellent. We can save the files in the cloud so that we have access to the files all the time and anywhere in the world. DWG true view is designed in a way to view and edit so we cannot save the changes that we have done. sometimes it shows few errors and slows down which is not that frequent yet, it's better when it is not slowing down. As an autodesk product, the UI seems very easy for even a beginner. Also very easy to use and very simple to use and help you see the DWG files . It's a quick and better way to view DWG files . The UI is although very easy, maybe it can be changed to modern UI like meterial UI used by Google. Because this UI is seen for a long time. Since autocad is used for creating DWG file. For viewing the DWG file we sent to client he must have installed AutoCAD, a big software. But with TrueView it's been very easy. The tool is pretty light, uses the same shortcuts, and is free. Makes sens to install it on a dedicated machine where the Plotter is in the office.
