I find AutoCAD LT to be very useful for engineering drawings and multiple drafting requirements. It's a user-friendly software that makes file conversion to CAD format easy and helps rectify multiple engineering and site issues. I appreciate how easily it produces engineering execution drawings and simplifies understanding for site execution. The initial setup was also straightforward and easy. It would be great if Autodesk could address this issue to better accommodate different system operating performances. I like the ease of use of the menu in AutoCAD LT, making it simple to transition from old to new versions. The dimension feature is easy to use for creating designs quickly. I appreciate that it's straightforward enough that I can teach others to use it easily and quickly create auto design. The capability for three-dimensional dimensions with consideration of length, longitude, and latitude values, as well as map calculations, are particularly valuable features. It is useful for plant layouts and 2D drawings that require multiple layers. It is intuitive and easy to use and learn. Hot-keys help make for a more efficient work-flow. It works well for my uses, and I do not have issues with lag or anything. As an interior designer, I often use standard elements like furniture, fixtures, and cabinetry that need to be adjusted for size, orientation, or configuration. In full AutoCAD, dynamic blocks allow for quick, parametric changes without redrawing each variation, but LT doesn’t support them.
