AutoAddress has helped our client in securing exact locations for functions users perform on their website. Our biggest triumph to date it the 'Text Alerts' allows users to sign up for text notifications about important work in their area. There are some enhancements that need to be made when adding this to webforms. Particularly in areas with Partial eircodes. Auoaddress is proactive in supporting us as a customer with service reviews, providing us with new service and product information, pricing models, savings, etc. at all times. We installed Autoaddress and set up the integration to our Dynamics 365 environment and just worked away and is now an inherent part of our everyday process. We spent an initial period working with Autoaddress to clean up our existing database, and then we just let the product run in our environment. It is now simpler for our users to look up an address using the Autoaddress integration than it is for them to type an address manually. This makes the product truly a win-win.
