We have been using AutoAddress for two years in order to improve the accuracy of address data captured on our sites, and we are very happy with this solution. It is vital for us that our address data is as accurate as possible, so that we can reliably contact our donors. And it also improves the user experience for donors on our site. It was a very easy process to get set up with autoaddress We were integrated this to our website with ease and the feature has worked with no issues. Neal was very helpful throughout this process and touches base annually to see how things are. We are now able to dispatch our orders with fully correct shipping information for our customers. From a users perspective having the Eircode search is very beneficial, saves the user time on entering a full address manually. Autoaddress gives us higher quality data and data we can trust, no misspelling, no gaps and no mistakes. The data is for both us and the buyer, we very rarely have an incorrect address within a contract.
