**What do you like best about Auto Soft?**

The UI of the tool is in a way which addresses every need of a workshop. The tool is very economical too. 

**What do you dislike about Auto Soft?**

As far as the functionality goes, the tool is a lot slower in older windows versions. Emailing directly to customers might be a hassle. Lots of screen freezing. 

**Recommendations to others considering Auto Soft:**

Full version user experience is better and go for it if the workshop traffic is more. 

**What problems is Auto Soft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

.Mainly used it for billing, generating visual reporting and WO management.
