The software is good at pulling search rankings for your reports, but it ends there. You'll be sold on the wide range of features, such as their website crawling, reporting, backlink research and visibility database, however in reality these are under developed and the user-interface is nothing short of terrible. You'll find you will need to still utilise other vendors for the features that were sold to you during initial sign-up.

The cost of keyword rankings is expensive when compared with most other vendors (there are exceptions), especially if this is the only area of the product you will use (which it will be, no doubt).

There is no top-level view of your projects, so if you're an agency, like us, you'll find it is impossible to see your portfolio of clients at a glance and will need to "dig into" each project to spot and identify any trends.
