Beyond summarizing, Authedra performs structured issue-spotting across the entire file: it surfaces the patterns that matter in litigation - inconsistencies, timing problems, evidentiary gaps, procedural defects - and presents each one as an argument the lawyer can actually use, with the supporting facts referenced back to the record, an explicit indication of how strongly it is supported, and the counterarguments to anticipate. DRAFTING. Documents are generated section by section against the analyzed record, with automated quality control built into the process: every citation is verified against the sources before it reaches the draft, and repeated or overlapping arguments are detected and resolved. REVIEW. Each draft is audited and returned with prioritized observations for the lawyer - what is under-developed, what authority is missing, what evidence has not been addressed, what procedural risks remain - adapted to the type of document being filed.
